NASHVILLE-A Class B office building in the MetroCenter development in Nashville has changed hands for $8.75 million. U.S. Rep. Diane Black and her husband David have bought the 109,000-square-foot building at 501 Great Circle Road under the name Ebon Falcon LLC.
Embassy Square LLC sold the property, known as First Image Building, for $80 per square foot. The property was earlier sold in 2006 for $5.5 million. Cassidy Turley represented the buyer and Southeast Venture represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
