MARLBOROUGH, MA-TJX Cos. has reached a deal to purchase two office buildings in Marlborough from Fidelity Investments. The off-price retail giant is scooping up the Fidelity buildings at 300 and 400 Puritan Way.

The discount retailer did not reveal the purchase amount, but an executive familiar with the deal said that the company will buy the two buildings for about $72 million. TJX has plans to renovate the property and move there by fall 2013. For the full story, go to Boston Globe .
