ATLANTA-A subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Co. has seized the Silhouette building in Midtown Atlanta for $8.1 million. REDUS Georgia Commercial LLC has taken ownership of the 116,000-square-foot building from DCP Midtown Investors, LLC, a subsidiary of Day Capital Partners.
The lender reached a deed in lieu of foreclosure agreement with the owner in order to take control of the property. DCP Midtown Investors bought the 10-story Silhouette Midtown building at 1447 Peachtree Street for $9.35 million in 2006. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
