COLORADO SPRINGS, CO-The Gazette reported that a real estate company based in California has acquired its second Colorado Springs multifamily property. Seagate Properties Inc. has paid $20.4 million for Sunset Creek Apartments, a 310-unit apartment complex in Colorado Springs.

Last month, Seagate Properties bought Copper Chase Apartments, a 150-unit apartment building in Colorado Springs, for $9.7 million. The real estate company jointly owns 225 apartments at three different complexes in the city. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
