SEATTLE-Goodman Real Estate of Seattle and Harbor Urban LLC will start construction on a 24-story apartment complex at 1915 Second Avenue in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle next month. They bought the 0.30-acre site last week for $9.6 million from MacQuarie Autopark USA Inc.

The Viktoria Apartments will comprise 176 one-bedroom units, 36 two-bedroom units and 37 studio units. Goodman and Harbor Urban are securing financing for the $95-million development from the INDURE Fund through Capri Capital Partners LLC. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
