ROWLETT, TX-New York-based American Realty Capital-Retail Centers of America, Inc., a non-traded real estate investment program, is planning to purchase Liberty Crossing Shopping Center in Rowlett for $22.2 million. The shopping center, which measures 105,861 square feet, is 95% leased.

Liberty Crossing Shopping Center comprises 16 tenants, including Dollar Tree, PetSmart and Ross Stores. The three tenants have signed long-term leases and represent nearly 40% of the net operating income from Liberty Crossing. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
