
CAMBRIDGE, MA-DivcoWest, a California-based real estate investment firm, has picked up the Davenport, a 220,000-square-foot office building in Cambridge, for $79 million. The four-story building, constructed in 1860, was transformed to office use in 1987.
The property is 95% leased to various tenants including Atlas Venture, HubSpot, Sonos and Zipcar. It was recored on the National Register of Historic Places.
