LOS ANGELES-A multifamily property in North Hollywood has changed hands for $1.95 million. Lee & Associates - LA North/Ventura Inc., a brokerage firm that handled the deal, reported that the 21-unit apartment complex was purchased by a private investor.
The apartment building, constructed in 1984, is located at 6859 Laurel Canyon Blvd. The property is nearly 95 occupied. The seller was a private investor.
