BALTIMORE-St. John Properties Inc. has bought a five-story office building at 3700 Koppers St. in Southwest Baltimore and it plans to execute an $8-million renovation there. The Baltimore-based developer bought the 103,000-square-foot building for an undisclosed price.

The office building is situated off Interstate 95. The developer has renamed the property as Baltimore Gateway. Upgrades include energy-efficient windows, new outdoor landscaping, heating and cooling systems, additional lighting and a renovated lobby. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
