
LEEDS, UK-University of Leeds has sold its student housing property at Clarence Dock for GBP 23 million. The Clarence Dock student accommodation was acquired by Liberty Living.
The property, which comprises 612 beds, will be available to the students of the University of Leeds for the next 15 years. The name of the property will be changed to Liberty Dock.
