HOUSTON-Spire Realty Group has bought 1177 West Loop South, a 342,000-square-foot tower in the Galleria submarket of Houston, from Houston-based Griffin Partners. The Dallas-based company acquired the 18-story office tower from a partnership sponsored by Griffin.
The property, constructed in 1978, is situated beside Memorial Park and is 96% leased to tenants such as Brown Sims PC, Cornerstone Mortgage Co. and Heritage Texas Properties. Financial details of the deal were not revealed. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
