SUITLAND, MD-Philadelphia-based Resource Real Estate Inc. has sold Parkway Terrace, a 315-unit apartment complex at 3515 Parkway Terrace Drive in Suitland, for $20.1 million. BQ Parkway LLC, a subsidiary of Baltimore-based BDMG Inc., has paid approximately $67,000 per unit for the multifamily property.
The property, situated near the Suitland Metro station, was renovated in 2001. Resource Real Estate purchased the complex out of foreclosure in September 2011 for $17.2 million. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
