LOUISVILLE, KY-Fireside Real Estate Partners LP, a private-equity real estate fund based in Edwardsville, Illinois, has acquired Cedar Park of Louisville, a 236-unit apartment complex at 11353 North Tazwell Drive. The fund paid $4.6 million for the Louisville multifamily property.
The seller was Wells Fargo Bank. The property is situated off Accomack Drive near the Gene Snider Freeway and Westport Road. Fireside is planning to complete renovation and remodeling of the clubhouse as well upgrade units and facade. For the full story, go to Louisville Business First .
