FRANKLIN, TN-Colliers International has closed the sale of a retail strip in Franklin. Park Venture Investment Company has bought Cool Springs Corner Shopping Center, a 22,500-square-foot property at 3010 Mallory Lane, for $4.9 million.
CTJ-BFA Nashville, LLC was the seller of the shopping center that houses La-Z-Boy and Bonefish Grill as tenants. Charlotte Ford from Colliers International represented the buyer, while Tony Vaughn and Mike Baggett, also from Colliers, represented the seller in the deal.
