
SAN JOSE, CA-Washington, DC-based Republic Urban Properties LLC is proceeding ahead with its plans to construct a mixed-use development at 1400 W. San Carlos St. in San Jose. The development will comprise 218 apartments and over 14,000 square feet of retail.
Republic Urban recently secured $8.37 million in first mortgage bridge loan from New York-based Pembrook Capital Management LLC for the project, which will come up on a 3.25-acre land.
