MILWAUKEE-A development team headed by Randy Roth of Endeavour Corp. Inc. has sold a Dollar Tree store for $1.83 million. Ross Koepsel of Milwaukee-based Commercial Property Associates Inc. brought the development team to purchase and renovate the vacant Ace Hardware building at 3555 S. Howell Ave. in Milwaukee.
The team acquired the building in October 2011 for $840,000 and renovated it for Dollar Tree. The building was sold to Whitten Properties. Dollar Tree will open the new store within a month. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
