
SOUTHLAKE, TX-A real estate investment partnership based in Chicago has acquired the Isle of Watermere, a health services building in Southlake. According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram report, a partnership of Integrated Construction and Development and South Bay Partners, the developers of Watermere at Southlake, has maintained a 10% stake in the building.
The building, developed in 2008, contains 26 memory-care units and 66 assisted-living units. The Star-Telegram reported that deal was closed for approximately $50 million. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
