NEW YORK CITY-Elderwood Senior Care has closed the sale of nine residential facilities in Central and Western New York for $141 million. Post Acute Partners Acquisitions LLC will be the new operator for the nine residential health-care facilities.

The deal, first reported in April 2011, includes selling of 16 assets to New York-based Post Acute Partners. As reported by the DOH application, the residential health-care facilities were sold for $80.1 million and the adult care facilities were sold for $43.8 million.
