BEAVERTON, OR-Chicago-based Equity Residential Properties Trust has unloaded the last two of its eight apartment properties in the Portland area for a total amount of $111.5 million. The Center Point and LaSalle complexes, which comprise 818 units, are situated in Beaverton.

Waterton Residential paid $77.2 million for the 554-unit LaSalle property at 15021 S.W. Millikan Way and Sequoia Equities bought the 264-unit Center Pointe complex at 15290 S.W.
