LEEDS, UK-Colliers International has completed the sale of the Clifton Hotels and the Royal Hotel in Scarborough to Britannia Hotels. The firm has sold the two Scarborough hotels for Duff and Phelps, joint executives of ERH (Scarborough) Limited.
The Clifton is a 70-bedroom hotel overlooking the North Bay and the Royal is a 118-bedroom hotel situated at the center of Scarborough. The asking prices for the Clifton ranged from GBP 2,000,000 to GBP 2,250,000 and the Royal Hotel from GBP 7,500,000 to GBP 8,000,000. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
