ESSEN, GERMANY-A joint venture between HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung and Bauwens Development has sold an office structure in the 'grune Mitte' (green center) University district in Essen. Hannover Leasing has bought the 155,000-square-foot building for a closed real estate fund.

AOK Rheinland/Hamburg, a health insurer, had leased the entire space to house its regional headquarters even before starting construction.
