BUFFALO, NY-Nick Sinatra, a real property investor and developer, is purchasing properties on Main Street. The investor, through his affiliate of 945 West Ferry LLC, has bought buildings at 1526 Main St., 1516 Main St. and 939 to 945 West Ferry for $1.15 million.
Sinatra is planning to spend $1.25 million to redevelop the vacant buildings. The proposed plans call for 31 apartments, 18,000 square feet of retail and an on-site parking lot for more than 50 cars. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
