
PORTLAND, OR-A limited liability company affiliated with JPMorgan Asset Management has bought the Wieden+Kennedy Building, a 220,000-square-foot property at 224 N.W. 13th Ave., for $65 million. The building, originally built in 1908 as the Fuller Paint Co. Building, was turned into a warehouse in 1946.
Wieden+Kennedy took the property and spent $36 million in 2009 to remodel the build to house its world headquarters. The six-story building also houses a Bluehour restaurant. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
