LEESBURG, VA-Comstock Homebuilding Corp. of Reston has sold Commons on Potomac Square, a 103-unit apartment building in Loudoun County, for $19.35 million. Rockville-based Capreit Apartment Homes bought the apartment complex, located at 21240 McFadden Square in Sterling, for about $187,864 per unit.

The multifamily property was developed last year and was put on the market in June. Dave Belford and Haze McCrary of Broad Street Realty negotiated the deal on behalf of Comstock. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
