OLIVE BRANCH, MS-Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. has purchased an industrial building measuring 234,660 square feet at 8644 Polk Lane in Olive Branch. The Freehold, New Jersey-based REIT paid $16.2 million for the building situated in the Olive Branch Metro Industrial Park.
The industrial building is currently occupied by Anda Pharmaceuticals Inc., a division of Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. It sits on a 12.3-acre site. The build-to-suit space was constructed by Industrial Developments International. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
