
LAUDERHILL, FL-Yoram Izhak, a real estate investor and operator in North Miami, has completed the acquisition of the Lauderhill Mall. The property was sold by Deerfield Beach-based SouthEast Properties.
Izhak, IMC Property Management's president, paid over $18 million for the aging mall. He is planning to spend $5 million to $6 million in renovation. SouthEast Properties bought the property for $28.3 million in September 2006. Izhak has plans to bring new tenants to the mall. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
