BELLEVUE, WA-Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp., a New York-based private investment firm, has acquired The Shops at the Bravern, a 309,000-square-foot retail complex in downtown Bellevue, for $79 million. The Neiman Marcus department store is the only anchor tenant in the open-air retail center.
Schnitzer West, the developer of the center, and Investcorp, the joint venture partner, put the shopping center on the market last fall. The Shops at the Bravern, opened in 2009, is currently 8% leased. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
