NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX-The Weitzman Group has closed the sale of a shopping center in North Richland Hills. Woodcrest LP has bought Tarrant Parkway Plaza, retail center measuring 33,000 square feet at Davis Boulevard and North Tarrant Parkway for an undisclosed amount.
Tarrant Parkway Plaza was sold by LNR Partners. Eddie Liebman from The Weitzman Group's Investment Advisory Services division negotiated deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Fort Worth Business Press .
