CHARLOTTE, NC-A LRC Opportunity Fund affiliate has purchased the retail and office portion of Tranquil Court in Charlotte's Myers Park neighborhood for $14.5 million. The company has bought the 62,000-square-foot retail and office building situated along Selwyn Avenue from Dallas-based Gulfstream Capital Partners.
Gulfstream started marketing the building for sale last year. The building is fully leased and its major tenants are Mellow Mushroom and Metro Fitness Club.
