BUFFALO, NY-Two retail properties in Hamburg and Buffalo have found new owners. McKinley Savers LLC of Queens has bought the former Circuit City store in Hamburg for $3.37 million.
The 21,269-square-foot store adjoining the McKinley Mall was earlier owned by Savers McKinley Mall LLC. In the second deal, Buffalo-based Creative Structure Services has sold the Dollar General store measuring 10,566 square feet on Genesee Street to Inland Real Estate Group of Cos.
