
BERLIN-Benson Elliot Capital Management has exchanged agreements with Speymill Deutsche Immobilien Company PLC subsidiaries to purchase the TOR residential portfolio for Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners III. The deal includes the acquisition of more than 3,000 residential and commercial units in 80 assets in the prime metropolitan areas of Germany.
Three quarters of the TOR portfolio assets are situated in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich. The properties measuring just above 2,475,699 square feet are situated in Berlin. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
