
ATLANTA-Bethesda, Maryland-based DiamondRock Hospitality Co. has sold three hotels, including the 521-room Renaissance Waverly in Northwest Atlanta, to a subsidiary of Inland America. The Renaissance Waverly is attached to Cumberland Mall and the Cobb Galleria Centre.
The other two hotels are Renaissance Austin in Austin and Griffin Gate Marriott Resort and Spa in Lexington. The three hotels changed hands for $262.5 million.
