MATTESON, IL-Cook County records revealed that Al Klairmont, an investor, paid $806,000 last month for an office structure in south suburban Matteson. A venture headed by Klairmont of Imperial Realty Co., acquired the six-story, 73,256-square-foot office building at 4801 Southwick Drive from Wells Fargo Bank NA of San Francisco.

Wells Fargo repossessed the building in 2010 and employed Foresite Realty Partners LLC to market it. The earlier owners, a venture including Robert Silverstein and Marvin Sotoloff, bought the property in 2001 for $6.5 million. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
