
BOSTON-MassHousing has provided 6.1 million in Low Income Housing Tax Credit Equity bridge loan to Trinity Financial of Boston. The housing bank has provided the loan for the acquisition, renovation and preservation of the 45-unit Lucerne Gardens in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston.
Trinity Financial bought the complex for $3.46 million and has plans to refurbish the properties. The 45 apartments are contained in 19 scattered properties between Blue Hill Avenue, Morton Street, Norfolk Street and Woodrow Avenue. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
