WASHINGTON, DC-Norcross, Georgia-based Wells Core Office Income REIT has bought South Lake at Dulles Corner, a 10-story office building in Herndon near Dulles International Airport in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, for an undisclosed price. The 268,000-square-foot Class A office property was sold by Radnor, Pennsylvania-based Brandywine Realty Trust.

The LEED Gold-certified property is fully occupied by Time Warner Cable. The property, constructed in 2008, is situated in the Dulles Toll Road Corridor. Wells was self-represented by Heather Griner. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
