
HAMBURG, GERMANY-Frankfurt-based DIC (Deutsche Immobilien Chancen) has sold the Opera Offices Klassik portion of Hamburg's Opera Offices complex to a Northern German pension fund. Details of the deal were not disclosed.
The building provides 48,437 square feet of leaseale area. Fritz Schumacher has designed the listed building. The total investment volume of the Opera Offices complex is roughly EUR 55 million.
