KANSAS CITY, KS-Brancato Event Service is relocating its operations to a 150,000-square-foot building in Kansas City. The company has purchased the 5050 Kansas Ave. building to house its corporate offices as well as to accommodate its two affiliates, All Seasons Party Rental and Brancato's Catering Co.
The project includes $18 million in capital investment. Brancato will take 10,000 square feet for corporate offices, Robinson's Catering will occupy 23,000 square feet and All Seasons will take the remaining space at the Kansas Avenue building.
