PLANO, TX-KBS Realty Advisors has paid $113 million for three Legacy Town Center buildings. The company has acquired One, Two and Three Legacy Town Center, an office complex comprising a total area of 522,043 square feet at Legacy Drive and the Dallas North Tollway, from Tennyson Development LP and North Dallas Town Center LP.
This is the largest acquisition for KBS in Dallas-Fort Worth. CBRE Group Inc.'s Gary Carr negotiated the deal on behalf of the sellers. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
