ORLANDO-An apartment developer and operator based in Houston has purchased 15.5 acres of land in Waterford Lakes from JLS East LLC for $4.5 million. Camden Property Trust's affiliated Fund Waterford Lakes LLC acquired the site on the northwest corner of Woodbury Road and Waterford Lakes Parkway on March 22.
Camden Property Trust has plans to construct 308 apartments on the vacant parcel. The new complex will be known as Camden Waterford Lakes. Construction is expected to start by the end of this year. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
