TAMPA, FL-Crescent Resources LLC has bought 25 acres of land near the junction of the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway and Interstate 75 in Brandon with plans to construct a garden-style apartment community. The $37-million, 344-unit community will be called Circle Crosstown.
Hillsborough County court records revealed that U.S. Bank NA has provided a $26,736,443 loan for the construction of the project. Crescent Multifamily Construction LLC will be the general contractor.
