Rori Property Holdings LLC sold an 11,685-square-foot property at 1687 Eureka Road for $1.6 million to Infinite Solutions Inc.; Roseville Bank of Commerce sold a 17,894-square-foot structure at 2368 Maritime Dr. to 990 Reserve Drive LLC for $1.4 million; and Lot 68 Partnership sold a 5,000-square-foot office at 5174 Hillsdale Circle to Colorado Federal Bank for $500,000.
