NASHVILLE-Ben Freeland, proprietor of Freeland Chevrolet, has paid $2.25 million for an office building in Antioch. Davidson County property records showed that Freeland Realty 4 LLC has bought the 41,000-square-foot building at 5380 Hickory Hollow Parkway.
The Class A property formerly housed an office of InSouth Bank. After defaulting on the note last fall, Living Word Ministries Inc. delivered the property back to InSouth Bank. The building was earlier sold in 2008 for $4.7 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
