HAGERSTOWN, MD-The Herald-Mail reported that last week two investment groups bought Hagerstown Shopping Center, a 123,000-square-foot retail property in Hagerstown, as part of a $68-million deal. The shopping center is anchored by Family Dollar, Super Shoe and Aldi's grocery store.

Englewood, New Jersey-based Bon Aviv Investment LLC and Johnstown, Pennsylvania-based Zamias Services Inc. purchased the center from Kimco Realty.
