MEMPHIS-Santa Monica, California-based Hertz Investment Group has acquired 13 commercial properties as well as a parking lot from Parkway Properties Inc. The commercial real estate firm bought Forum I, Forum II and Forum III as well as the Falls Building, Toyota Center and the Toyota Center garage in Memphis.
The Memphis properties comprise 672,247 square feet of office space. Parkway announced its plan in 2011 about selling 15 properties in Memphis, Richmond, Virginia, and Jackson, Mississippi, for $147.5 million to Hertz. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
