ATLANTA-Mariposa Lofts Apartments, a 253-unit multifamily community in Atlanta, has changed hands. Behringer Harvard has sold the property after owning it for little more than two years.
Behringer Harvard has not disclosed the price of the property. Wood Partners, Inc. of Atlanta developed the property at 100 Montag Circle.
