DRIPPING SPRINGS, TX-Taylor Morrison, a national homebuilder, has bought a 472-acre development site in Dripping Springs' Reunion Ranch subdivision for an undisclosed price. Dallas-based Case Commercial Real Estate Partners Inc. has sold portion of the single-family site for Frank Krasovec, proprietor of Austin-based Norwood Investments.
A Case catalog for 524-acre property recorded the selling amount as $27.5 million. Reunion Ranch, situated southwest of downtown Austin, is planned for 476 single-family homes. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
