
CORAL GABLES, FL-The remaining units in Gables Marquis, a 177-unit condominium in Coral Gables, have been sold for $10.52 million. New York-based Lehman Brothers Holdings has sold 60 units in the Gables Marquis condominium at a 21% discount.
Lehman Brothers grabbed the condominium after winning a $17.8-million foreclosure lawsuit against EB Developers in 2011. The company sold the 60 units to Lauderhill-based 3232 GM. The condominium building is located at 3232 Coral Way. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
