
LEICESTER, UK-Cabot Properties has paid GBP 23.2 million for unit 5, Logix Park in Hinckley. The company bought the property, situated in Leicestershire, from Orchard Street Investment Management LLP.
The distribution warehouse, which spans 362,000 square feet, is leased to Syncreon Technology (UK) Ltd. for 6.5 years. Orchard Street Investment Management completed the deal for St James's Place property funds. CBRE advised Cabot Properties and Knight Frank advised Orchard Street Investment Management in the sale.
