BIRMINGHAM, UK- CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust has purchased a class-A warehouse and distribution center situated in Rugby. The company bought the 146,491-square-foot property through its United Kingdom-based joint venture with the Goodman Group. With this purchase, the company has now made investments in seven UK properties. The UK office of CBRE Global Investors helped CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust in this acquisition.
