LONDON-Deka Immobilien's fund WestInvest InterSelect has purchased Kings Place, an office, music and arts center in London's Kings Cross area, for approximately GBP 235 million from Parabola Land. The property provides 300,000 square feet of office accommodation constructed above three levels of music and arts facilities.

The building houses the headquarters of Network Rail and the Guardian Media Group Plc. Peter Millican developed Kings Place in 2008. Savills represented the buyer and DTZ advised Peter Millican in the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
